Infrared Therapy, also called Red Light Therapy is the application of light from the infrared poertion of the electromagnetic spectrum to a human or animal in order to achieve a therapeutic result. This therapy has been successfully used to treat many maladies and disorders, including dementia and Alzheimer's.

Dougal, Gordon, M.D.: In 2008 used a helmet with 700 infrared LED lights to successfully reverse dementia in a patient;
Wilson, Phil. Tesla Tech speaker told of using a hemet with infrared LED lights to achieve a therapeutic effect.
