Vernon Rogers was a Director of the Temple University Center for Frontier Sciences for several years in the 1990s and 2000s. He was also the principal independent consultant for the Bioelectromagnetics Institute of Reno, Nevada, which was active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In addition, he was the head of the COLOYARO Center.
