Dr. Dibble received his Ph.D. in Geochemistry at Stanford University in 1980 and did post-doctoral studies with William Tiller in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering until 1982. He worked in the oil and gas industry between 1982 and 1984 and then primarily in engineering geology until 1997. He again joined Dr. Tiller in 1997 as a research geochemist at Ditron, LLC and The William A. Tiller Institute where he is currently employed.
Also between 1995 and 2001, he was a principal in the engineering geology firm Dibble-Wright Associates of Los Gatos, CA. His fields of specialization include aqueous geochemistry, engineering geology and ore deposit exploration. He has numerous publications in the field of geochemistry and more recently in the newly emerging field of subtle energy research.
