Basic Plan: enables organizers to have up to 3 other organizers on their Leadership Team and up to 50 members in their Meetup Group; 

Unlimited Plan: grants organizers an unlimited Leadership Team, as well as an unlimited number of members; 

Meetup Pro Plan: http://www.meetup.com/help/topics/30/ This page has links on the left side that gives details abouthow to set up a Meetup Pro account;

Contacting Meetup.com and Customer Service: There is no listed phone number to call Meetup.com. But they do have a place where you can send an email, and they reply, but how long it takes them to reply is unknown.
